BioMat
The BioMat is made up of Amethyst & Tourmaline crystals, which lay in channels within the Mat and pillow. Bio Mat technology is a combination of far infrared rays, negative ion effects and the conductive properties of amethyst channels. The BioMat is plugged in like an electric blanket that you lay on, it is warm when being used. This can be used as a stand alone treatment, but you have to build you timing up over a period of time, so eventually you are able to lay on it for an hr at a time. People with M.E. have found this works very well for them.
I also use with my other therapies but heat before you come on a very low setting so you can have the benefits of the BioMat with your other therapies.
